Being a manager can be extremely difficult as it usually includes having to manage mess.
Through 1-on-1 coaching, I help managers to manage mess and to create habits that help preventing mess, and with navigating through challenging environments.
Coaching sessions can be 1-on-1 or in groups, and they are typically about managing direct reports, managing upwards, managing sideways/stakeholders, managing and resolving conflicts, managing time and stress, or clarifying personal goals.
Coaching session topics can be agreed in advance based on your organization's needs or as-we-go based on your managers' individual needs. The amount of sessions needed to achieve results vary.
With 1-on-1 coaching, achieving results usually comes after two to ten or more sessions. With groups, a half-day session can do the trick but sometimes several sessions need to be planned in advance.
