    I've helped hundreds of individuals, managers, business unit heads, and leaders get unstuck, set better goals, and develop their people management capabilities
  • Consulting experience
    I've helped companies in building the fundamentals of HR and People operations. These have included everything under the HR, Talent and people management umbrella
  • Operational experience
    I've gained experience in building out HR operations from the ground up, I've formulated and lead talent expansion strategies within Nordics, Baltics and UK, and I have designed and created people manager playbooks that help managers and leaders to be at their best. Additionally, I have personally managed teams of different sizes, ranging from two to over ten individuals in the team at a time.

    For me, what's most important is that your organization and people in it benefit from what we do - the model or method with which we bring them this benefit, is secondary
