About me
My name is Mikko and I am an experienced Solution-focused Coach, HR professional, people manager, and researcher.
My core skill is making sense of any mess. I use this skill in helping individuals and leaders with finding out how and where to go, and in building out, mapping and implementing people processes, practices, and guidelines. I am capable of doing this with everything under the HR and people management umbrella.
I am also skilled when it comes to effective communication. This is a read thread across everything I do with my customers, making sure that everything we do together, it always creates a sense of clarity for those involved.
In terms of how I typically interract with others, I rely heavily on a solution focused approach which I use to empower others in getting the best out of themselves.
I provide services fluently both in Finnish and English.
